    The citizens' enquiry service is a channel for answering queries related to the functions of Parliament. It replies to the questions asked with an email message that the citizen receives as soon as his/her query has been dealt with.

  • Language

    The Parliament website is a multilingual platform, which can be consulted in all the official languages of the Spanish state, as well as in English. If, however, some of the contents are not available in the language selected, they are shown in Catalan.

  • Accessibility

    In order to make parliamentary work better known to all citizens and the strengthen the presence of new systems of communication, the Parliament of Catalonia works in line with the initiative of the European Year of Disabled Persons and welcomes the challenge that this involves, in the conviction that accessibility constitutes an objective for social integration and cohesion.
