Each parliamentary group has a spokesperson; together with the President of Parliament and one or more secretaries from the Standing Committee, they make up the Committee of Spokespersons. See here for its make-up.
This mixed body is made up of deputies / MPs and representatives from the scientific and technological fields, and is tasked with co-ordinating all information and advising Parliament on these issues.
These are bodies created by the Presiding Committee, and are made up of one member from each parliamentary group, though at times they include people who are not MPs. They are responsible for promoting ideological and social renewal, social awareness, as well as solidarity and friendship with other peoples, countries and cultures.
